Paul Prichard is unwinding at the end of a long week with a beer in a beachside hotel in Bournemouth.

On the pitch, he’ll hope that Hampshire’s women can make waves again this season - and that he can raise a glass to white-ball success by the time their 2026 campaign is over.

Last season saw Hampshire miss out in the final of the Metro Bank One Day Cup, losing to Lancashire in September after missing out on the knockout phase of the T20 Blast.

Now, strengthened by the signing of Aussie Amanda-Jade Wellington, his young side will be out to build on their progress in 2025.
