How private investment should be spent in the women's game - Georgia Adams Exclusive

Georgia Adams is one of most erudite voices in women's cricket and a player who has been at the heart of the sport's transformation over the past decade.
The 31-year-old will lead the Southern Brave out at Lord's in the final of the Hundred on Sunday, having captained the side throughout their unbeaten run to the tournament's denouement this weekend.
She'll then return to Hampshire for the run-in to the One Day Cup, with Paul Pritchard's side going in September as table toppers in the tournament.
It has already been an extraordinary 2025 for Adams but she's already looking to the future - and has a clear idea of how the bounty that has landed in the lap of the county game, courtesy of private investment from some of the richest people on the planet, should be spent.
