The first thing I will do is roll on some mats to warm my back up.

As keepers we spent a lot time bending over and so we need to make sure our backs aren't going to be too sore.

The next thing I'll do is grab a tennis ball and a tennis racket. I'll then get the coach to hit me some balls into the floor, just to make sure that my head and my hands are moving as one.

I'll then grab the tennis ball and take it back into the stumps.
