Jimmy Adams has hailed Hampshire's teenage quartet after one of the youngest teams in Hampshire's history turned over the One Day Cup holders in a 50 over thriller in Neath on Tuesday.

The Hampshire coach watched on as Eddie Jack, Dom Kelly, Ben Mayes and Manny Lumsden helped Hampshire to a stunning 72 run triumph.

And he had particular praise for two debutants in the form of Mayes and Lumsden - two cricketers that he believes have a huge future.

Even though, Adams admits Hampshire's youngest debutant since Kelly in 2022, was a little confused at the end of the game.
