Hampshire look set to re-sign two of the world's most promising young master blasters for next season's Vitality T20.

In an exclusive interview with The Hawk, Hampshire's director of cricket, Giles White, said that the county was already looking to bolster the squad for a crack at the 2026 title, having all but assured a place in the competition's last eight with their recent run of four wins in five matches.

And the hope is that both Dewald Brevis and Lhuan-dre Pretorious will return to the South Coast having had their south coast stay cut short by a call-up to South Africa's Test side this summer.

Their time at the Utilita has, he says, left them hungry for more.
