There's an understandable air of melancholy hanging over Hampshire this morning, after a second successive Finals Day defeat at Edgbaston.
But plans are already well advanced for their tilt at the title in 2027.
Both Hilton Cartwright and Tristan Stubbs made their mark this summer - on and off the pitch.
The former is a hugely popular figure at Hampshire having played a key role in the county's march to the final last summer alongside fellow Aussie, Chris Lynn, who found himself on the winning side with the Steelbacks on Saturday.
