Hampshire look set to unveil one of the biggest stars in the Indian Premier League as their overseas player for the final two matches of the Division One season.

South Africa's Bjorn Fortuin was drafted in by the county for their current County Championship match against Sussex at Hove.

He will also take the place of Hilton Cartwright for T20 Finals Day after Western Australia insisted that the Aussie batter fly home to prepare for the upcoming Sheffield Shield season following Hampshire's quarter-final victory over Durham at the Riverside on Friday evening.

Now, though, the Hawk understands that Hampshire are set to welcome their seventh overseas player of the season.
