GMR set to appoint new Managing Director as new era at Hampshire quickens pace

Head hunters have been charged with brining in a new Managing Director at the Utilita Bowl as outgoing chairman, Rod Bransgrove and, potentially, David Mann, who has been CEO since 2012, prepare to exit the club.

Hampshire are once again recruiting for a senior figure at the Utilita Bowl.

With the county's new Indian owners looking to bring in a new Managing Director who will assume full responsibility for the running of the club at some stage in the future.

It's a brand new position.

And it's one that has a distinctly global slant, with that word - or derivations of it - being used as many as four times in the LinkedIn post advertising the role.
