Craig White has left his role as head bowling coach at Lancashire - an exit has fuelled speculation of possible return to Hampshire.

With the position of both bowling coach and head coach currently vacant at the Utilita Bowl, White's mutually agreed departure from the north west has once again seen his name linked with the county.

He follows Dale Benkenstein - another former Hampshire head coach, who vacated his role at Lancashire in May following a tough opening to the club's Division Two season - out of the door at Old Trafford.
