Sonny Baker missed out on a Test debut against New Zealand at Lord's today - so could he be available for Hampshire's crunch clash against Surrey at the Oval in the next round of County Championship matches.

Despite Hampshire's great start to the T20 Blast - Russell Domingo's side head the South Table after four wins from five matches - it's the crunch County Championship match against Surrey that is occupying the minds of Hampshire's supporters as the weekend approaches.

Hampshire currently sit rock bottom of Division One after four defeats in their opening six matches.
