England's women begin their World Cup campaign against South Africa at the Barsapara Cricket Stadium in Guwahati in north east India tomorrow.

Almost 5000 miles away, they'll be tuning in to follow one of their own.

Lauren Bell will lead England's attack at the 2025 World Cup, as Nat Sciver-Brunt's team go in search of a fifth global 50 over title.

She arrives in India as one of the in-form bowlers in world cricket, but the Hampshire seamer is someone who has never forgotten her Berkshire roots.
