Georgia Adams is in reflective mood as she sits back on her chair in the Utilita Bowl pavilion.
Sitting just yards away is Ellyse Perry, who has arrived to bolster Hampshire's Vitality Blast campaign, and Adams is in doubt that the Australian great can do just that.
But beyond that, she's confident that the county's future is in the safest of hands after the likes of Ella McCaughan, Rhianna Southby and Daisy Gibb have made the step-up to senior cricket look like child's play.
She's also confident that Perry's influence on this side will endure far longer than her month-long South Coast stint.
